Franchisees do not need to have prior green industry or business training, SuperGreen Solutions provides all of the training and support that franchisees need to survive and thrive in the industry.

United Franchise Group World Headquarters

Initial Training

New SuperGreen Solutions franchisees train for two weeks at United Franchise Group’s world headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. Franchisees learn about marketing strategies, managing the business using SuperGreen Solutions’ systems, promoting the products, controlling supply and inventory, and helping customers take advantage of rebates and incentives. Training materials and information are updated regularly so that franchisees receive the most up-to-date information on all major industry news and developments.

LEED Certifications

Included in the SuperGreen Solutions training program are the costs associated with becoming a LEED Associate. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy Efficient Design and LEED certification recognizes best in class building strategies and practices. By taking part in local LEED training, franchisees earn a level of credibility for their location and enable themselves to help customers add value to their homes or businesses.

Start-Up Support

After franchisees complete the two-week training course at UFG headquarters, a local field representative comes to the new location and works directly with the franchisee put effective marketing strategies in place and begin operations. Field representatives provide expert-level support and guidance to help franchisees get started off right, so that they are comfortable and capable of running the location after the field training is complete. During that start up, your website and other marketing efforts will also be launched.



Ongoing Support

The green industry is moving fast, so SuperGreen Solutions is dedicated to staying on top of the latest technologies and services. Having access to the findings of expert researchers and the ability to purchase the latest products from top industry vendors gives SuperGreen Solutions franchisees a competitive advantage in the field. SuperGreen Solutions franchisees can also reach out to field representatives, UFG or SGS executives depending on the nature of the support needed, or peers.

Regional meetings are held regularly, in order to allow SuperGreen Solutions franchisees to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company news.

Every year, UFG also hosts a World Expo that is open to all UFG franchisees and employees. The World Expo is a great chance for franchisees to meet with peers and find out the latest industry and franchise news, receive awards, and celebrate being part of the United Franchise Group family.
