Our leadership team includes a CEO with his hands and experience in the franchise world, a COO with a track record in global business and franchise growth, and and and operations director that has dedicated his life’s work to sustainability. Ray Titus

Dan Dubell


Dan has been married thirty-five years and has eight children and six grandchildren. He has been an ordained minister for twenty-six years and is the founder and President of an international orphan  organization (International CARE, Inc), which created the HOOSHGA Project.

Seasoned with forty years of business experience, Dan has served in leadership roles in start-ups, acquisitions, corporate and franchise settings, including currently co-owning two franchises himself as part of the United Franchise Group family. One example of his leadership is a role he served in as Director of Operations for a Taco Bell franchisee. When he took over leadership of this franchisee, they had 13 stores and within two years he and his team grew them to 56 stores. Along this journey, his teams have been recognized nationally for food safety audit scores and secret shopper scores.

Dan has served on the Morgan State University Advisory Board for their Hospitality program. Currently he serves on the Titus Center for Franchising Advisory Board at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Dan considers himself a practical visionary that can dream big, but is able to work on the day to day tasks necessary to move his teams towards those lofty goals. His gift mix has equipped him to empathize with and serve the frontline staff or sit in the corporate board room. He loves business and his Savior and is energized every day with the opportunity to live out those blended passions.

Garry McDowall


Garry currently serves as the COO/EVP of SuperGreen Solutions. In his role he continues to support the SuperGreen team to rebrand the business, refocus the business financial model and overhaul the operational systems currently in place. He continues to serve as the CEO of IMR Solutions an Austin, Texas based business consulting firm.

Garry comes to SuperGreen with a wealth of domestic and international franchising experience. Previous to joining the SuperGreen team, he lived overseas for 17 years where he enjoyed a robust career supporting the development of several SME companies through the Asian continent. He currently sits on the Board of three NGO’s making a holistic impact in the lives of many individuals. Previous to moving overseas he enjoyed a rewarding and challenging career in the fast casual restaurant sector where he helped to grow the brand presence of two major North American chains.

He has been married for 33 years with four children and two granddaughters. He loves to read, develop and mentor others and when possible participate in team orientated sports. Garry believes true SuperGreen success will be measured by the success of its franchisees.

With nearly a decade of industry experience, Matt has worked with several organizations to improve and increase their respective sustainable track records. His more visible work includes launching the City of West Palm Beach’s Green Business Challenge and working to release the City of Fort Lauderdale’s first BuildingEnergy Efficiency Plan.

Matt holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida.

As SuperGreen Solutions’ Director of Operations, Matt helps franchisees learn and grow in a fast-paced and changing environment. From initial and ongoing training and support to vendor management and strategic planning, Matt oversees all brand initiatives to further grow the brand and the success of our franchise network.

Aaron Rose

Franchise Operations Consultant

Aaron currently serves as the Franchise Operations Consultant for SuperGreen Solutions. In his role, he is responsible for helping franchisees hit their operational and profitability KPIs through proper training, monitoring, and support. On the corporate side, he supports the sales and marketing teams to grow their franchise community.

Prior to joining SuperGreen Solutions, he served as a General Manager for Raw Juce, an emerging franchised brand headquartered in South Florida. In addition to opening and managing their franchise model, he was responsible for prospecting new franchisees, developing corporate training materials, and managing the hiring and training of managers throughout their 9 corporate locations.

Aaron earned a bachelor of science degree in business management with a concentration in franchising from Palm Beach Atlantic University. There he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Outstanding Management Graduate.
